Founder Tom Hewitt brings more than 28 years of experience in construction and project management and has held his General Contractor’s license throughout the life of the company.
Tom is known for his hands-on, team-oriented approach, working closely with homeowners to bring their vision to life while maintaining transparency, trust, and alignment every step of the way. His leadership has cultivated a loyal and skilled team that takes pride in their work and shares his commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Alongside Tom is Operations Manager Nicolo Mazzocco, his trusted right-hand and an integral part of the Blue Stone experience. Nicolo brings a refined eye for design as a custom landscape designer with a deep knowledge of horticulture. Together, Tom and Nicolo offer a highly elevated approach to pool design, landscape architecture, lighting, and material sourcing—balancing aesthetic vision with practical execution and cost-conscious decision-making.
